Role and Responsibilities
We’re looking for a creative and compassionate Speech-Language Pathologist with a heart of gold to join our growing practice. This is a full time position 36-40 hours per week but the schedule is flexible - four 10 hour days or five 8 hour days, its your call! You’ll provide speech therapy for children and adolescents in clinic and community settings. Experience with speech sound disorders, early intervention, social communication, learning disabilities, and Autism is especially valued.
Key Responsibilities:
Delivering on-site and limited off-site speech therapy services to clients, in accordance with company policies.
Maintaining regular, reliable attendance and timely arrival to work.
Communicating with patients’ treatment teams (PCPs, related service providers, schools, etc.) as needed.
Timely completion of written records, including intake notes, progress notes, treatment plans, and discharge notes
Collaborate with families, schools, and treatment teams.
Attend staff meetings and trainings.
Help us represent Simply Spoken at community events.
Required Qualifications and Traits
Required:
Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) from the American Speech-Language-Hearing Association (ASHA).
Master’s or Doctoral Degree in Speech-Language Pathology.
Active, unrestricted license in the State of Wisconsin.

Preferred:
Experience with Autism, early intervention, speech sound disorders, and social communication disorders.
Strong written, oral communication, and interpersonal skills.
Proficiency in Google Workspace tools (Docs, Sheets, Drive, etc.).

Job Type: Full-time
Pay and Work Setting
Compensation: Ranges from $40 - $60 per clinical hour, based on experience, with potential for growth.
Work Setting: In-person (clinic-based).
Experience: Minimum 1 year of pediatric experience.
License/Certification: Active WI state license (required).
